What a wild ride

Navigating Life in the time of Corona Virus

Hello everyone,

I wanted to send a special note to all of you given that the world has changed so much in the space of a few weeks. Our new normal must now embrace the reality of a pandemic. We have all been affected by this virus and we are increasingly realizing how very much we are in this together and must be there for one another as best we can.

In light of these world events, we are going to postpone the start of our online program by one month so that we can address the unprecedented uncertainty that is going on in the world right now.

I see within my community both online and in town that everyone is doing what they can to reach out and help one another. We see athletes donating money and resources, restaurants and stores providing free meals and food supplies, and artists and musicians conducting free at-home concerts that are open to the public.

One of the most important supports needed at this time is emotional, mental and spiritual. As a life coach, I’ve coached many people who feel unsettled, unsure and frankly scared of how they’re feeling. This time in our history is unique and requires all of us pulling together and so, I too will do what I can to help in the best way I can.

WEBINAR

Tomorrow at 2:00PM Eastern time (Thursday, March 19, 2020) my colleague and fellow life coach Linda Ford and I will be hosting a FREE 60-minute video call. In this call, we will address How to Confidently Navigate Life in Uncertain Times, as well as any questions that may come up for you.

Please join us if you feel this may help and share with others who could use some support or a sense of connection.

In the meantime, here is a short video I created a few days ago for my Facebook group: Living the Confident Life. Please feel free to join if you have not done so already. Everyone can use support.

Stay safe. Stay well. Stay Connected.

Big love,
