A Simple Secret for the Holiday Season

During this holiday season and in the midst of the Covid Pandemic, so many of us are unable to break bread with the ones we hold near and dear. Without a doubt, it has been a tough year, with much loss, uncertainty, and struggle. No matter how you may celebrate - or not, I wish you peace and love and remind you that it is always closer than you think, even when it feels a million miles away.

Here’s a simple secret that I shared with you a few years ago.

It seems…appropriate to our times.

There is a book that my children read growing up called The Little Prince.

It is a classic.

It is considered a classic because of the simple wisdom that is wrought within its pages that point to our own simple wisdom.

I share only a few words with you this week in the hope that they will speak far louder than a thousand.

"And now here is my secret, a very simple secret: It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye."

It always comes back to Love.
